Wanted to know how to clean your brushes without the expensive spray and liquids? Tonight I'm going to let you all in on how I clean mine. Enjoy!.
First off you're going to need 3 bowls, fill one up with 2-3cm of hot water with a drop of washing detergent. The second bowl just fill with hot water, and the third fill half way with cold water and add a few ice cubes into it.

Bowl three |
Before you start to clean the brushes with the water, using paper towel or tissues (paper towel works best) brush off most of the excess product onto the paper towel. |
All the steps for cleaning your brushes are basically all the same.
Dip the brush first into the hot water with detergent, then before moving the brush into the second bowl, squeeze out (using your hands) your brush. |
Putting the brush into the second bowl, swirl it around like in the first step and repeat the same step before moving into the last bowl. |
The ice bowl is the last bowl for your brushes to be dipped into and swirled around in. |
Once you've finished with the bowls, take another piece of paper towel and squeeze the brush into it taking away left over water. |
