Wifi Friends

Our parents always tell us "don't talk to strangers" or "don't talk to randoms on the internet unless you know them in person already."

Believe it it or not, majority of my friends, the people I talk/tweet about, or are featured on my Instagram I actually met from this wonderful place called 'Twitter'.
Twitter for has been overall quite a good experience and everyone I "befriended" was in fact who they said to be, luckily.
Not all my friendships have lasted, but the ones that have, I couldn't of wished for any better people to have in my life.

So far I have only been able to meet most of my Melbourne friends because I haven't travelled around Australia for a while, my parents wouldn't've allowed it, and Melbourne is the closest city to where I live in Australia.
Because of twitter I have friends in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth in Australia, I also have a couple of friends in the US and a few in the UK whom I all wish to meet within the next 5 years because they are most loveliest people.

If you are going to make friends on the the internet and wish to meet them, here's a little check list of what I did before meeting them:

• Add them on Facebook.
• Look through or follow their Instagram.
• Exchange numbers - text and call each other.
• Skype/FaceTime or if they do a twitcam WATCH IT!

When you go to meet this person make sure you have a parent with you and/or you are in a very public place.
If your parents can't go with you, I found with mine that as long as I was being honest and told them everything and kept them updated with everything they were okay with me meeting people but that's taken just over a year to get to this stage.

P.S. obviously if you're older you don't need a parent... For everyone that does this, do stay safe and if you're uncomfortable at anytime just leave.

Winter Time Skin Care Routine

Recently in the last month or so I have started re-using these two products on my face after not using them for 2 years. “2 years?!?!” you say? Yes, 2 years. I have nothing amongst these products, at the time when I first started using them I only just started to get my pimples because eh umm puberty… and having really bad out of control skin that was oily one day dry the next then a mixture of the two another day the products just my skin worse.
Now that I’m out of that stage of teenage life my skin is much calmer now and I only get the odd pimple here and there.
Today I will be sharing with you my daily skin care routine for the colder months.

1.    1.    At night time when I’m showering I grab a face washer and put it under the hot water and then wipe it over my face to open up my pores some more.
2.     2.   After I have done that I apply the Clean and Clear Blackhead Removal Scrub onto my fingertips, enough the size of a 20 cent piece and rub that all over my face. Usually I’m washing my hair at the same time as this because that’s how I time how long to keep the product on my face. Once it’s been on for two – three minutes grab a body scrub brush or exfoliation cloth and scrub the product on your face. Once that is done, I take the face washer and use that to wipe off any excess product on my face.
3.     3.   Next I apply the St. Ives Naturally Clear Apricot Facial Scrub all over my face and just repeat step 2 as described but obviously with this product.

As I stated earlier I do this in the shower because I find working with the steam of the shower and the temperature of the water works best as opposed to washing your face over the sink.

4.    4.   Once I’ve woken up in the morning I just wash my face with a face washer and some cold water before applying my make up for the day.

That completes my daily skin care routine, I do actually do this daily, 7 times a week. Also, when I come home from school or being out at the shops I will go wash my face, just with water, that’s only if I’m not wearing make up on that day.
I find this works out really well, these products I highly recommend to everyone. I work in a place that’s full of oily and dirt so Clean and Clear Black Head Removal and St. Ivies Apricot Facial Scrub work exceptionally well in cleaning out my face and keeping me for getting pimples. I found I only get the occasional pimple every now and again because of stress and not because my skin in “bad”.
I hope some of you try out this routine, even if it’s not with the products I use and left me know in the comments, Twitter, or on Instagram if you can notice a difference in your skin.

MIA April

Where have I been all of this April?
April was a mismatched month for me and kind of all over the place. Work started to literally take over all of my spare time after school, I couldn’t even go to the gym (sad I know), school work of mine wasn’t being done and what did get done was done the simplest of way, I couldn’t of even been bothered with presentation for my assignments just as long as the information was there and it was being handed in on time was good enough for me.
All blog post I was supposed to post in April were all ready to go on my computer and then something happened to my laptop and I had to take it to the store to be fixed and it seemed to take longer than expected and my posts were no longer there.
I apologise for the lack of posts and hope I can make it up to you all by posting lots this month as I have a fair few waiting to be published for you all to view and many more I am still yet to write.
